These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Nova Palace website and your booking of rooms or dining orders through it. By using this website or completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

About us

Nova Palace is a hotel and multicuisine restaurant located at Likabali Road, Khanamukh, Silapathar, Dhemaji, Assam - 787059. This website is operated by Nova Palace to allow guests to check room availability, make reservations, browse our dining menu, and pay online.

Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or on-screen confirmation after payment or submission.
• You must provide accurate guest details, contact information, and check-in/check-out dates at the time of booking.
• Room rates displayed are per night and may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; the final payable amount is shown before checkout.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing due to a technical error, or unavailability.
• Check-in and check-out times follow our standard hotel policy, communicated at the time of booking or on arrival.

Online payments & PhonePe

Where you choose to pay online, payment is processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to PhonePe's own terms of service and privacy policy governing the payment transaction. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by your bank, network issuer, or PhonePe's systems, but we will assist in resolving any payment discrepancy reported to us.

• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• A payment confirmation does not itself guarantee room or item availability if a technical error has occurred — in such rare cases, a full refund will be issued as described in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation timelines and refund processing are governed by our separate Refunds & Cancellations policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Dining orders

Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Images used on the website are for representation only and actual presentation may vary. Please inform us of any food allergies before ordering.

Guest conduct

Guests are expected to treat hotel staff, other guests, and property with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave the premises in cases of abusive behaviour, damage to property, or violation of applicable law, without obligation to refund unused nights in such cases.

Website use

• You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• All content on this website, including text, images, and the Nova Palace name and mark, belongs to Nova Palace and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nova Palace is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Indian law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over our place of business in Assam.
